Are you looking to take a break and reconnect with nature?

Hello there!

Six years ago, I stumbled into my first forest bathing walk, and it changed the way I see the world. Since then, I’ve been deepening my practice and sharing it with others, because I believe everyone deserves the chance to slow down, reconnect, and feel at home in nature.

My forest bathing practice has taught me a lot about gratitude, empathy, and authenticity. More than that, it’s helped me show up more fully — for my family, my work, and my community. That’s why I continue to advocate for forest bathing: because I’ve seen how it opens hearts and creates space for healing and joy.

I’d love for you to experience this too. Do consider joining one of our upcoming sessions. Let's walk together, reconnect with nature, and rediscover what it truly means to be a human being.

Hope to see you in nature soon!

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

What is Forest Bathing?

Forest bathing is a nature-based activity that is slower and softer than a hike. So don’t worry, it’s not physically demanding and is appropriate for all ages and levels of physical fitness.

What to expect during a session?

Our sessions are always framed as a lesson. Our intention is to teach you about the practice of forest bathing, so that you can start practicing it on your own. Because of this, we also start with an orientation and laying down the ground rules.

Is this an individual or a group activity?

It's both! The invitation is to attune ourselves more with the natural environment than with our companions. But in connecting with nature, we actually end up feeling connected also with other people. Once in a while during the session, we come together for some group sharing.

How long does a session last?

Each session is really unique. But on average, our sessions last around 3.5 - 4 hours. Just to give you an idea, the average step count during a session is only around 5,000 - 6,000 steps.

How much does a session cost?

Our open sessions are P950/person for the forest bathing experience, which includes the facilitation fee, trail access, and use of bamboo walking sticks.
